Annual renewal: Renew annually to continue receiving updates, support, license validation, and future commercial features. The license is not per user; it is per WordPress installation.
Data safety: License expiration should never delete CRM data or block emergency access to existing borrower and loan records.
Agency / Reseller note: Resale ownership, white-label rights, or exclusive rights are not included in the standard $1,999/year agency license and require a separate written agreement.
